At WKS. Inc, we are equally human on this healing journey as we have lived it and have dedicated our lives to helping others find healing. Our team and partners have a broad variety of experiences, education, and resources designed to work collaboratively WITH you as you begin.
Two of the most challenging times in treatment are getting started and returning to life after your episode of care. We are here to help you bridge those gaps with our unique services.
At WKS Inc, we recognize that while the individual may be suffering, the family around them suffers often equitably. We work hard to identify an approach and team placement that will meet the needs of the person/family seeking assistance. We educate, model, coach, counsel and only provide intervention when absolutely necessary.
We provide family centered care. We address the systems around an individual as well as those within in order to create sustainable change. We focus in on family, as this system can be a huge part of creating healing environments and changing the patterns.
We've been there. We've been the ones stuck and going between services, uncertain what to do next and who to turn to after treatment is over.
Our Founder, Josh Pannell, after 15 years of battling addiction, experiencing trauma, and seeking relief from his own pain, found a new way of life. Leaving the corporate world, he set on a path of service, connecting to individuals and families seeking healing of their own. Because of his own experience, he believes recovery is about finding healing for the individual and family while learning to communicate in a new way.
Laid on a foundation of personal and professional experience, our team will stick by your side with compassion and figure out the practical details, seek answers for your questions, and help you continue to accomplish your goals.
